No onsite paper registration. You must submit the online form before 8:00 AM (PT), April 25, 2026.
Payment: Zelle/PayPal to learningpawn@gmail.com. (You may also choose On-site (late fee) and pay at check-in.)
Players: Please bring your own chess set and chess clock.

Refunds and Changes

Refund deadline: Full refund minus a $10 processing fee if requested by 11:59 PM (PT), April Thursday 23, 2026.
No refunds after pairings / event start: No refunds for withdrawals requested after 6:00 PM (PT), Thursday, April 23, 2026, or once Round 1 pairings are posted (whichever is earlier). No refunds for no-shows or for players who withdraw after the tournament starts.

Byes: ½-point byes Rounds 1–5; must request before Round 2 starts.
