Registration & Eligibility

No onsite paper registration. All players must submit the online form before 8:00 AM (PT), Saturday, March 28, 2026.
Late fee policy: A $10 late fee applies to registrations submitted after 11:59 PM (PT), Thursday, March 26, 2026 and for On-site (late fee) payment selection.
Payment: Zelle/PayPal to learningpawn@gmail.com. You may also choose On-site (late fee) during online registration and pay at check-in.
Players: Please bring your own chess set and chess clock.

Refunds and Changes

Refund deadline: Full refund minus a $10 processing fee if requested by 11:59 PM (PT), Thursday, March 26, 2026.
No refunds after: No refunds for withdrawals requested after 6:00 PM (PT), Friday, March 27, 2026, or once Round 1 pairings are posted (whichever is earlier).
