- No onsite registration. Online only before 8:00 AM, November 22, 2025.
- Entry Fee: Scholastic (U500/U1000) — $50; U1500 — $70.
- Late fee: +$10 after Nov 21.
- Payment: Zelle/PayPal — learningpawn@gmail.com (include Name, USCF ID, Section, Phone).
- Players bring equipment: Please bring your own chess set and chess clock.
Policies
- Default time (forfeit): 30 minutes after scheduled start.
- Byes: As posted by TD; final-round bye typically irrevocable after round 2 begins.
- Device policy: USCF/FIDE device rules enforced (phones/smartwatches off & stored; penalties may apply).
