Players: Please bring your own chess set and chess clock.

Refunds And Changes

Refund deadline: Full refund minus a $10 processing fee if requested by 11:59 PM, Thursday, June 25, 2026.
No refunds after pairings / event start: No refunds for withdrawals requested after 6:00 PM on Thursday, June 25, 2026, or once Round 1 pairings are posted, whichever is earlier. No refunds for no-shows or for players who withdraw after the tournament starts.

Byes: ½-point byes Rounds 1–5; must request before Round 2 starts.
